Posted 11 Aug 2020 on HotelsThe name of the hotel says very clearly what this is about: A super efficient and practical stay for anyone wanting to visit central Hamburg with a car. Parking in Hamburg can be a real hassle (and expensive too), but here it was quick and convenient to access the car park — for free.
We did not expect much given the very basic pricing and naming of the hotel, but the staff and the general condition of the hotel exceeded our expectations: Everything was neat and clean and tidy, and the staff was serviceminded, informative and very correct. At the breakfast buffet, COVID-19 precautions were handled in the most professional way that we have seen this summer — after visiting 15 other hotels in Europe.
