Nice room, staff and food. To get into Hamburg takes a walk or bus to a train station and a 30 minute Ubahn ride to Hamburg main train station.

Couple stay
Posted 8 Nov 2023 on HotelsHotel was very clean throughout. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear. Mattress was very firm, too firm for us causing poor sleep. Disappointed by the lack of kettle/coffee/tea making facilties in the room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and easily switched to English when my German failed me Didn't eat at the hotel as thought breakfast was expensive for continental buffet style.

A very comfortable hotel with restaurant. Pleasant surroundings and staff.
The only negative was the hotel’s serpentine layout of hallways.
Great comfortable place to stay for our visit to friends in the Hamburg area.
