The self serve bar and breakfast room works well. The only difficulty we had was finding the hotel entrance. The entrance is unobtrusive and located in a back lane. Great place once you know where the entrance is.

Nice people and good central location. Construction and noise in neighboring rooms limiting for a work visit. Please change the chairs on hardwood floors.

Excellent location and they have a washer and separate dryer for only 5€ total.

Lovely stay for a few days in Hamburg. Very convenient for main line station and central Hamburg. Staff were excellent and the morning breakfast comes highly recommended!
