Building is beautiful and nicely converted. Location is perfect, v central and across road from a UBahn station. An SBahn is just 200m away. We didnt spend much time in hotel - no dinner available nor a bar so had to go out. This was not a problem, so many choices in city

I think it is a unique and lovely property. Love the granite wall, staircase curving, double door into the room, etc. Interesting place. Wish restaurant was open for breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Frasier suites and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff at the hotel are truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations for local attractions to the housekeeping staff who kept my room immaculate, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality. The room itself was a haven of luxury and comfort. Spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could wish for. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

We loved this property. Clean, beautiful, great location. The train/metro is across the street, so it's not idyllic in terms of views, but the inside is beautiful. The restaurant and bar were under renovation when we stayed, so I cannot comment on that.

We wish they had a bar or restaurant but other than that it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Europe. Center of the old town, fish market, lakes and everything. Really nice and beautiful.

Nice and decent stay
was a decent stay. Love the rooms and size as well as the atmosphere there. Only downtown is no restaurant as well as one Sauna was out of order. But luckily they have 2 saunas so one was working, but bit busy at some times.

The location Is perfect, walking distance to most of the important sites, close to restaurants, metro station and in a very nice área. The staff Is very helpful and nice and the room was very clean, with a very nice and comfortable bed and very quiet.

Beautiful hotel, service did not meet expectations
Hotel is beautiful, the room was super spacious with gorgeous windows, and the hotel is in an excellent location for visiting Hamburg! The hotel is probably the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in, and they had a private function on the second night of our stay - didn't hear a thing!! Getting through the door was a struggle as 4 members of staff stared at us from the desk as we tried to tackle the heavy door along with our suitcases, despite this fluster to get in, check-in was quick, with half-hearted offers to help us with bags up to the lift. The complimentary water in the room was a great touch! It was disappointing that for the nespresso machine only 1 of each pod was available.... a little unsocial when there are two of you in the room as only one of you can have the coffee of choice! There was also limited milk/cream available - two tiny pots in the fridge. The complimentary gift of cola popcorn was awful. The robes and slippers made the room feel cosy and comfortable. Unfortunately we were in the room when housekeeping/service knocked and they were not keen to come back later! We didn't eat at the hotel, or use the amenties as we had limited time in Hamburg. It was great for our trip but I wouldn't stay again as it doesn't stand out from the crowd in terms of service and have had better stays in lower star rated hotels, so would save my money!
