The stafff were extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately the menu showing many menus were not able to be produced. This hotel seems to serve up hundreds of takeaways leaving the residents having to wait a long time for service. Coffee at breakfast time arrived ages after the food. Toast had to be sent back several times before it arrived as toast - until we had trained them. Manager was very helpful and friendly. There was no bedroom service during our 4 days so towels were definitely in need of changing and toiletries were not replenished - so take your own. Maybe we should have asked. All in all it was ok.

Dear Sir or Madam, thank you for your review we take comments very seriously and after this we have trained our restaurant staff. we have a policy of doing the room when the guest request as this is around trip hotel and most guest have valuable small items like gems and gold which they have bought from the trip. currently we have introduce a system where the manager will reach and ask the guest whether its OK clean the rooms

Huge and beautiful room

Great and huge room with amazing view over the salt lake. Beautiful smiley staff. Nice pool. Very tasty uncomlicated breakfast. Our driver was provided with 3 meals a day! Fun time watching the huge monkey family playing in the trees. They can be quite loud at times. Hambantota is a small and and easy going town. Good shopping.
