A great disappointment this time!
Posted 25 Dec 2021 on HotelsWaiting to be picked up from the parking site (there is no other way) took at one time 10 minutes, another time it took 30 minutes. The room was supposed to have a working jacuzzi with hot a water. The hot water didn't work. Management didn't know what to do about it, told us it was out of their control and did not give us any sort of discount or voucher for a future visit. This was not our first visit to Hamat Gadar so we had expectation. We were very disappointed.

Rusty shower head, poor maintenance
Disparaging attitude, and unwillingness to address problems
No kitchen equipment at all, no way to make coffee, or eat in the room.
This is not a VIP room
