Poor staff not nice, small room and can’t connect to wifi

Your feedback has been shared with our IT team, and we are taking steps to address this promptly.As for your comment about our staff, I am disappointed to hear that you found them unhelpful. Our team went to great lengths to accommodate your early arrival at 9 am, despite not having prior notice and the hotel being fully booked the night before. I lived in Richmond for 30 years and was visiting friends - the hotel location is excellent, staff were amazing and food was incredible! So lovely to be next to Richmond Park and Richmond Terrace...lots of memories! Highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel was lovely and the room was a great size. Members of staff was very friendly and helpful.
