"The hotel was nice, clean and modern, workers in the cafeteria were extremely nice and helpful. On the other hand the appartement was poorly prepared, No guest directory that should contain all mandatory information that might interest the guests and enhance their stay was provided even after asking for it. The hotel didn't provide detailed insights into the variety of amenities available, receptionists were sometimes rude and condescending, for the apartment, no brush for the toilets was...

"Incredible property. Spacious, beautifully-designed, and in a location close to the cafes of La Marsa and the nightlife of Gammarth. The patio lights by the pool weren't working on the last night of the stay, but the host communication was good so I'm sure they would have tried to fix the issue if needed. Was also missing products to clean dishes, but probably could've requested those. Wouldn't mind staying again."

"This property is located in a very safe and more quite place. Checking in was very simple and fast, I was met at the entrance by one of the hosts, who gave me keys and a tour of the apartment and amenities before I settled in. He was available round the clock in case I needed anything, which is very reassuring. Checkout was equally smooth, I was instructed to leave the keys in the drop box right outside the apartment door. The best in quality and good value. 👍"

"Four seasons properties are always amazing but what sets them apart is the service which was unfortunately not up to the standard at this property. Service was slow and not attentive. However, after we pointed this out, we saw an improvement. We will be visiting again in the coming year so hopefully will see some positive change. Otherwise, the property is amazing the amenities are great and very family friendly!"

Excellent service

"A very nice hotel which benefits from an excellent team who provide a high level of service all round. Enjoyed the large outdoor heated pool and indoor spa, the hotel also has it's own private beach area and a nearby golf course. We ate in the Chinese and Tunisian restaurants which were both excellent and good value. There was also live music every night at the bar which was very comfortable and again the service excellent. If there is any criticism, the rooms would benefit from an upgrade. Doesn't need anything drastic, the shower blocked while we were there (quickly fixed) and a fresh coat of paint, re grouting and a new mirror in the bathroom would make a big difference. Only a £10 taxi ride from the airport and most of the tourist attractions are within 15-20 minutes by taxi. Would we go back, definitely."
