A sweet hotel with great spa

Really nice view from the room, location close to old town and great restaurant/bar terrace for the evening. However, the condition of the rooms and the breakfast is not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel, it’s rather 3-star. No air conditioning, watch-out for summers Therefore the nightly price is too high.

it is true that we don´t have a air condition on the tradional way, but we have a cooling system in the rooms in the glastower. the cooling is located in the plafond.

Good hotel. We just stayed one night on our way back home. Reasonably close to Innsbruck by car for dinner.

Spa closed because of Covid-19
Posted 14 Aug 2020 on HotelsThe reason I went to Parkhotel Hall was for the spa area. Unfortunately, it fell victim to Corona regulations and will not reopen before the fall.

Very poor service, even tissue is by count and they don't cooperate at all for late check out even though we booked 2 rooms and they had availability. They offered 1 hr late check out for 90 euros extra which a single room one night charge!! Their bathrooms had many faults and required maintenance.
