Great place all around. Only thing I didn't like was the pillows. Hard as rocks.
Bed was firm. Nice. Room very nice and clean..staff superb!
Need softer pillows.

I had planned this stay to celebrate my daughter’s upcoming 16th birthday and it was amazing. Staff member Tali, went above and beyond for us and the weekend was more than I could have hoped for. The complimentary birthday gift was above and beyond our expectations.

The staff were really great. The room amenities in this hotel were nicer than most newer mid-level hotels. Beds were very comfortable with nice bedding, upscale shower products & Nespresso coffee. Extensive breakfast selection, with hot breakfast items were all gluten-free! Great option for an unexpected 1 night stay.

The Chateau Bedford was a very convenient location for us as we were visiting family close by. We found the staff to be very friendly and efficient.
The accommodation was very comfortable.
