This was such an incredible trip. Everyone working here is super sweet and helpful. My partner and I were travelling the Sunshine Coast and only stayed at the Rockwater Secret Cove Resort for one night but in one night we were able to kayak, swim, hike some of the most beautiful trails nearby and enjoy the more delicious meal we've had in a while. Definitely will be coming back!

The Rockwater is in one of the most stunning natural settings that cannot be replicated. Our room had a lovely view and amenities from a keurig to a bug zapper but was missing some basic care, the key example being a bathroom door missing proper hardware and with peeling paint (32) and no reaction when mentioned to the staff this would be a priority to fix. They will need to pay attention to these details to maintain returning clients. The restaurant is in the lobby but run separately. It would be good to find a way to make these two experiences feel.cohesive... ie billing to the room as an option. On our checkout day we had a delightful experience with the housekeeper who was watching the front desk. Her let me figure things out attitude should have the managemnt paying atte tion to keep this type of great attitude around.
