It was a dirty horrible dump with stained blankets no shuttle bus broken dryer and 5 broken vending machines.Would highly recommend to stay away. Checked in for 10 days only given 1 towel per guest for that time

Good location for Happo One and Hakuba 47
Posted 28 Mar 2017 on HotelsGood location for Hakuba ski resorts. shuttle bus stops outside.
The complex is very tired and run down, however the rooms/studios are great.
The kitchen is small and has gas hob and small grill & microwave.
Heating worked well.
Checkin was easy, they will leave details of you room in a message for you if you arrive when they are not there.
Plenty of parking available.

Ok hotel, has everything you need. Ideally need a hire car to stay here long term as not many shops or restaurants close by. Not bad location though if keen on doing Goyru and 47 slopes.

Big and clean room, far from restaurants.
Posted 21 Feb 2017 on HotelsHakuba White Mountain is supposedly near the ski resort, but even a short 10 minute walk is hard with all that snow. Don't attempt it if you're not used to winter season.
Room is clean and big, although the heater did nothing to heat the room. It works, but when I asked the staff why it wasn't able to heat the room, all they could say was that was the maximum output.

Good but you need a car
Posted 19 Feb 2017 on HotelsLovely but you spend an average of 2000Y per trip to move around.. nothing is around so you need a car... if you got one you're good... the room is spacious

Great value and location

Pros: Quiet, close to what we needed.
Shuttle buses and free wifi.
Large rooms.
Location: West Coast Cafe 200m down the road for fantastic meals we couldn't finish.
These apartments were actually not what we expected as we booked on short notice but it ended up being better than we had hoped for. Nice clean quiet place with free shuttles running. The owners picked us up from the train station and dropped us back. Fully equipped with cooking facilities but we didn't need them. We ended up going to West Coast Cafe 200m down the road every night for Tea. The owner Mike was great. The apartments were close to Hakabu 47 and Goryu. Myself and my two young kids were more than happy. It is a bit old but still in good condition and everything worked for us and reasonably priced.

Great Location, ok rooms.
Posted 27 Jan 2016 on HotelsMy girlfriend and I spent one night at the hotel for our weekend snowboarding trip. The location was close to many snowboarding locations in Hakuba. The room was big. However, the building was a little old and in need of renovation. The full sized kitchen is ideal for long stays or for people who want to cook in the room instead of finding a restaurant. The room was a little cold and the 2 heaters were not powerful enough to make the whole room warm. Overall it was an affordable and ok stay.
