This is a well designed and meticulously maintained property. We were there for an epic multi-day snowstorm. The roads to and from the property were well plowed each morning and the spacious driveway plowed every day. While we had a rental van, it is close to a shuttle stop and several restaurants can be walked to in about 5 minutes.

There was no TV in the cabin, no where to throw away our trash bags, there was a lot of ants the cabin, also no coffee machine. Although the owner did bring us a drip coffee maker which helped out a lot. Also the air conditioner did not turn on for us so it was pretty warm in the cabin.

Thank you for staying at Baan Hakuba. We apologize if there was any inconvenience during your stay. The guest is very welcome to let us know at any time during your stay if there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable.
Typically, we prepare most of the things necessary for the guest, however, it does not mean there is EVERYTHING ready. TV and the coffee maker are not on the list of the equipment we prepared for the guest (exactly as it shows on Expedia page). It can prevent the same kind of problem if the guest just kindly checked with the hotel/accommodation about the equipment that is critical to you, before making the reservation.
For the garbage issue, as explained during your check-in procedure, the guest can call us to collect the trash anytime during your stay.
The temperature in Hakuba is below freezing point at night(even in the daytime), so we heat up the cabin 24hr (floor and panel heating operation). Of course, if you feel too warm, it can be adjusted or even turned off or just easily open the window to fill the room with fresh and cool air.
(The aircon is ready as a cooler for the summer season only)

チェックインの際も、部屋の隅々まで案内いただき、安心して宿泊することができました。
電子レンジ、IH、トースターなど機器も充実していたため、調理に困ることもありませんでした。バスルームやトイレ、ベッドルーム（シーツ．枕）も、とても清潔感がありました。
床暖房があり、冬でも暖かくてウィンターシーズンにまた、利用したいと思いました！

立地もよく、インテリアもおしゃれでとてもきれいに掃除されてました。。オーナーの方もとても親切で温泉の情報などいろいろ教えてくれてました。

大満足です！
Posted 15 Aug 2020 on Hotelsとにかく清潔で、woodの香りがしてとても居心地の良いコテージでした。
コロナ対策もしっかりしており、安心して泊まれます。
スーパーも近いため、(車で5分)自分たちで食材を調達して好きな料理を楽しめます。
なによりスタッフの方の対応が丁寧かつフレンドリーでスムーズにチェックイン/アウトを行えました。
また再訪したいです！ありがとうございました。
