Incredible stay! Never been to a ryokan before, but for the service, amenities, and room we got it feels like it should have been much more expensive.

We are really grateful the staff helped us get a dinner and breakfast plan in the last minute, it turned out to be the best meal we had in Japan during our 1-week trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at this quiet, relaxing, traditional hotel.
The staff were helpful and keen to answer all our questions.
The highlight was the private Onsen on our balcony.
The one thing we weren’t so happy with was the ‘western style breakfast’.
It wasn’t particularly appetising but definitely didn’t distract from an enjoyable stay.

The staff were friendly and easy to communicate, food was delicious and so generous that we could barely finish everything. Overall a very positive experience!
