The onsen was lovely. The public bath was clean and well stocked. The room was cleaned daily.

Shuttle bus and local bus to and from hotel and station. Personal onsen in the bathroom and full onsen available. Lovely woodland and valley views. Comfortable Ryokan style rooms. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Hotel is clean, and its service is good. The included dinner is pretty good. Hot spring is amazing and not crowded at all. Location is the only drawback. Have to take a bus from hakone-yumoto station, and not so easy to find.

古い建物でしたが、従業員が感じ良かったこと、朝食の食事処が綺麗でした。 窓が沢山あり、山々の景色に癒されました(*^^*)
