Customer service is wonderful, meals are fantastic with traditional Japanese experience. I only hope our room is in better condition as the property itself is quite old.

wonderful place!!Quiet! Scenic!! The staff was kind respectful and so friendly!! Excellent food!!! I recommend this hotel if you travel to Hakone!!
