Beautiful property located very conveniently close to Gora station. We really enjoyed the private onsen bath and breakfast and dinner.

Great place to stay.
Really enjoyed the private onsen bath in our room.
The hotel offered lots of snacks, drink, dessert and breakfast was lovely
Great location and easy to get around Hakone to site see.

Staff is friendly and helpful. We arrived early before check-in. We were able to drop-off our luggage at the hotel and explore the area. By the time for check-in, our luggages are already delivered to our room!
We stayed in a condominium unit that is equipped with our private onsen! What a treat. However, the walk to the condominium building needs time to navigate.
The buffet style breakfast had a great selection of both Japanese & western foods.
Overall we had a great stay. Thank you.
