The in-room mineral bath was so rejuvenating. The shuttle service to near-by train stations was convenient. The meals were “out of this world” scrumptious and unique to Japan salmon, tuna, barracuda, etc).
The staff were kind and gracious (and busy).
This place is a gem! If I ever find my way back to this area, I will definitely return!

Staff exceeded all expectations l. Pickup and drop off were very timely. Communication was much appreciated prior to booking (also in english).
Dinner and breakfast a lovely experience to complement a beautiful room.

Very beautiful place to spend the night enjoy the amenities the bathtub. The food was great kind of remote little hard to find other than that. It’s amazing.

We had the most wonderful experience at Hakone Ryori Yado Kylan. The place is truly special. Wonderful staff, the most amazing and delicious traditional Japanese food and the perfect place to get away and unwind. Incredible thank you so much!
