It is a small cozy place for a short stay. Staff are friendly and able to speak english. Check in was very easy. Location is easy to find and great as it is walkable to the train station. I like the breakfast spread.

Good location, 10 minute walk into centre of town.. Small but clean rooms, staff very helpful. Small range of breakfast on offer.

Breakfast has decent selection. Location is a short walk from JR station. Hotel gives one free drink if no clean up is needed.

It is a nice affordable small hotel. It is 7 minutes away from Hakodate Station. Although the neighborhood does not have much except the gas station across the street, you can easily walk to Hakodate Morning Market, Brick Warehouses and other attractions. The room is a basic Japanese business hotel size, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included. Breakfast is nothing fancy---just basic Japanese breakfast. Again, this hotel is a basic "business hotel," but there were couples and families staying there for sight-seeing. So, if you are looking for an affordable hotel with simple breakfast, this hotel will serve your purpose.
