Location is good and quiet area. Free ice cream cup is a plus .

Very accessible (3 min walk to yodobashi & 5 min to Hakata Station).
Cleanliness can be improved.. found previous guest's trash shoved beside the fridge..

Older property about a ten minute walk from Hakata station. Ok if you’re on a budget. Breakfast limited but still good.
