Property is a white building in alley just behind APA Hotel, beside subway station. Check in is done via a tablet on the 2nd floor. You will receive a link to fill in the particulars of the people staying 2 days before check in. Language can be selected on the tablet during check in, just key in the check in pin you got from the previous link. They will do a video chat with you to go through the amenities, there is detailed brochure in the room too. Take a screenshot of the door pin when done in case you cannot remember. Room is spacious and clean, and all amenities provided for. Check out is done via the tablet on 2nd level too, just key in your room number.

Easy to hakata station and easy to gaga ramen and the canal city.comfortable and cool in the summer.

terrible check-in method

I think the check-in method obviously needs to be changed. It was too difficult and needs long time. Of course, the hotel guy helped us finally, but it was passed 30 mins already in the really narrow area.

The place was hard to find, just a little sign. We knew check in was on the second floor but was not accessible by stairs only elevator. We had to help another guest looking to check in. We got in early and wanted to leave our luggage but did not find out that we had to make that request at least 24 hours in advance. The room had more room than expected. The bunk beds worked out ok. Check in was impersonable (contactless) not what i was used to in Japan. The room was clean and we got more towels than we could use. Convenient to the train station and shopping.
