"The staff were great…I felt comfortable right away. The room was plain but well organized. There was coffee in the room but no coffee maker. There was a hot plate in the room and a sign that said no hot plates allowed. The carpets were not vacuumed and the bathroom floor was disgusting. There were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom.
