"It is a nice rental property in a nice location overall. It has multiple buildings and units with b ACH direct access. There are several swimming pools, many people have fun playing in swimming poor. Also it is one of best sunsets from the main swimming poor and from the central lawn field. I am really enjoyed. "The beach was in your backyard. I’ve seen multiple turtles. There’s a cute delicious deli on the property. Away from the busy areas but close enough for a short drive. Just a perfect getaway "

"The Maui Banyan is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The condo was a little dated and very dark. The studio we had was clean and tidy, and well equipped, however there was limited counter space to prepare food. Having said all we enjoyed our stay for 4 nights."

"The unit we stayed in had a beautiful view, the unit was decorated nicely but was a bit under equipped. The instructions for the washing machine said to use the brand supplied, but none was supplied. There were no serving bowls, no cheese grater, and only 2 pool towels. Only 1 TV and many stations but no current programs. We must be spoiled at the other condos we have stayed at. Not complaining just advising to be aware."

"The pool and the location of the proximity to the rims was very good also the proximity to Beach and the view of the ocean was very nice and the proximity to shopping and dining was very good also the only thing we did not really like is the size of the restrooms and the updating of the restrooms were not very good and they should be renovated "

"Staff were courteous and rooms were clean. Our bathroom door lock didn't work, forgot to tell them. Not a big deal though. Property is in a convenient location for shopping, food and other options. You can also drive to either sides of the attractions in the Maui from here. Very close to the airport and that makes it easier on the first and last day of your trips. Costco gas is also right next to the property. Hot tub and pools were also operational. Suggestions: Please keep free drip coffee in the lobby. Spending 7 bucks for each coffee at the shop is a bit expensive!"
