"We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights in Jinjiang Inn Hainan Haikou Dongfengqiao at April 2016. 2 toilets of 3 rooms are found dirty and cannot flash properly. Receptionist was not in good manner when we approach him to ask for taxi information."

"Travelled with a big family and we enjoyed the big and spacious rooms that allowed us to stay comfortably. There was only one or two spots under the table that was dirty (we had to shift it to pick an item that fell). There are several types of bathroom. The ones with the bathtub beside the shower has more space and is more comfortable. The water pressure is good! Hotel staff were responsive and fast when we requested for items.
