Quality of service is not up to expectations
I booked a non-smoking room but provided in a smoking floor Aircon was very noisy gave complained but not fixed the problem AMEX credit card not accepted

Good place to stay in Hainan
Room is quite good, although slight smokey smell (you can smoke anywhere in China). The staff are very nice but don't speak any English, so communication can be difficult. Breakfast buffet is nice, no western dishes. Good wifi. Location is pretty central and a shopping mall nearby with McDonalds in case of hunger. Overall pretty happy with this hotel.
