Poor service level - this hotel do not help to arrange for taxis. We were told by the staff that Conifer Garden Hotel did not offer such service.
The hotel didnt trust their guests. We were told to top-up our room deposit so as to charge one of the meal (only amounting to S$100) to our room. When I said i will pay by credit card on the spot instead of having to walk from the restaurant to the hotel reception, the staff said their credit card machine was inaccessible at that moment and she was waiting for the key. When i told her then lets just wait for the key while i continue to breakfast there, she immediately showed up with the credit card machine.
Bad stench all over hotel area - rooms having bad smoke stench, we had asked for non-smoking rooms but were given smoking ones. When we confront the reception, we were told that the whole hotel except the lobby allows smoking. After we pushed further, they finally relent and give us a non-smoking room.
Main lobby smelled like a wet market - you can imagine.
Dark rooms and corridoor - the lightings used werent sufficient to lit up the rooms and corridoor. Kind of creepy. Its the first time we encountered hotel that switched off their lights at main lobby throughtout the night (not sure lights off time) and only to have them turn on at 7am.

This hotel is located at the central area in Haikow, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

Posted 11 Apr 2021 on Hotels优点:位置在免税店附近 去海口东站25分钟之内 设施整洁 五星级酒店以外的好选择 缺点:办理入住手续服务的职员态度一般 不主动告诉早餐享用时间 房间内要手机充电就只能用床头的usb 插头数目不足

Posted 19 Nov 2018 on Hotels辦理入住手續時,職員未能找到我的預約,在職員處理期間態度非常不好,一直用質問的語氣跟我溝通,最後發現原來只是她漏看,她卻表示因爲是我預訂的名字用拼音而不是用中文名所以看他沒辦法找到,我真想知道如果是外國人預訂,他們會如何處理
房間裝修雖然有點殘舊但尚算整潔,但我的房間裏有一半的燈是壞掉的
房務員在整理房間的時候,漏發了護髮素給我,我隔天親自向她要求補發,但接下來的幾天卻都沒有收到
酒店位置不算太方便,附近5分鐘腳程內只有寥寥幾間食肆,酒店門口也沒法攔到計程車,其中一天因為我們趕時間所以要求酒店職員幫忙們電召計程車,但職員卻表示他們沒有此服務,要我們自己想辦法
總之,這酒店我就絕對不推介了
