The location is perfect for the beach and neat bus stations. The room itself is good, elevators of the building have bad smell, croaks every where be caution, communication with manager was easy and smooth.

Room was well presented and very clean. There was a good selection of utensils for some cooking, good wifi and great views. The room was close to the beach and central to a good selection of restaurants/bars

This is a 2 bedroom apartment. 1 full bath. It was decent shape but sparce. Several issues that should not have happened. There were no tissues, napkins, paper towels. The shiwere was tine, 32x32 and the floor was very slippery, to a fault. There was only 1 hand towel (4 people). When we walked in it smelled from smoke even tho it was a no smoking property. The view was great, right on the beach. Disappointed it didnt have some things we normally find in other properties we stay at.

Unable to check in. No one to greet me at the property.

There is no problem with Kabbalah. We receive dozens of people from different sites and countries every day. There is a policy on the site of the reception hours, a client can not arrive on Saturday morning and expect something to wait for him, especially that the client is not available in any way and does not contact before coordinating his arrival late.

The actual name of the building where the units are located is not "Deep Blue Sea" so cab drivers had a hard time finding it until I learned the actual name of the building. There are no stores nearby to purchase groceries (even staples like bread, fruit, etc) so was at the mercy of the boardwalk restaurants. A 'tip sheet' on nearby stores, restaurants, catching a cab or which bus route goes into town. A map of the area would be nice. The unit is great, clean and a kitchenette. On the beach so wonderful to swim or sun and a nice walk on the promenade.

True, this is an apartment hotel, as it says on the site. The hotel is called the Carmel Beach Towers. The apartment hotel has 300 private apartments and everyone who has apartments calls his business by its own unique nickname. A taxi driver is not supposed to know the businesses that work inside the hotel. Super Market and transportation are right opposite the hotel, at the exit from the lobby there is a 30 meter bridge, on the other side there is a bus everywhere in Haifa and there are containers. There are great writers such as Rami Levi, Supersol, Stop Market and very close, you can see on the map how close. But you probably do not understand what you are inviting and certainly not how to orient yourself in a foreign country and class grades.
