The staff was incredible. They ensured we had a booking for our bus the next morning and dropped us off at the bus location after breakfast. Breakfast was quite extravagant with very beautiful views. The roof top pool wasn’t very fancy but had a great view and was everything you could need.

This was a lovely hotel with helpful staff that have great English. My only (minor) complaint is that the complimentary breakfast is fairly mediocre, especially compared to other hotels you'll find in Vietnam. Overall though, an excellent stay.

This hotel seems like it’s been abandoned and the staff that was there were very unfriendly. The only room that they have all the lights on is when you go have breakfast. Each floor they only have one small fluorescent light on keeping most of the floor dark (even the stairwell) which was creepy but also dangerous. Elevator was broken. “Rooftop bar” also seemed abandoned. Bed was horrible. There was hair in the bathroom from the last guests. Room needed a lot of renovation and repairs just seemed slapped together out of random materials. Would have much rather stayed in a clean hostel. The only plus about this is the central location. The reviews and photos are deceiving.

Good hotel. facilities need a revamp. Staff needs to learn how to better service western travelers.

Staff really good The egg chef was v good The rooms are VERY in need of refurbishment In particular, the bathroom was very mouldy and there was a 6 cm hole in the bath which had been patched up Needless to say, the bath leaked all over the floor The fridge worked but there was visible dirt instide and it just needed a good clean There were no mattress protectors on the beds and the seat covers in the breakfast room seriously needed a wash

The complimentary breakfast each morning was amazing. The food was delicious and there are great views from the dining room. We had a sea view room and the views alone are worth staying here. The staff was friendly and worked with us to extend our stay an extra night in the same room at the same price as our previous night. Would go back.
