We like the property but the staffs do not speak English and made it hard to communicate. The breakfast was cheap and nasty. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Posted 9 Dec 2018 on Hotelsおたく（Hotels.com)はどこの国の経営かは知りませんが、「ハイック サン」て何だかご存知ですか？固有名詞ではなく、ベトナム語でホテルを意味します。つまりここは正確には「ホテル トゥオンヴイ」なのです。そしてこの”Khack san"の発音はカタカナで表記するなら「カックサン」に近く、ハイックサンなんてタクシーの運転手に言っても絶対に通じない！しかも予約書面上には住所の上に現地ホテル名記載がなく、このインチキカタカナ語しかない！小生はKhack sanの意味を知っていたのでヘンだなと気が付いたが、何も知らない旅行者はこのホテルに行くのに混乱すると思う。例えば日本で「旅館 鬼怒川」という屋号があったとして、それを"TABI TATI KINUGAWA”などと記載しているようなもの。情報の正確な記載を望む！
