"Nice and comfortable accommodation in the setting of a previous coffee plantation. Our garden room backs on the Usa River and there is a sitting area that one can sit and relax. The swimming room is just short walk from our room. Staff are friendly and nice. They offer turn down service and help to prep your bed net and spray the room to decrease mosquitoes in your room. "

"Overall, it was an absolutely amazing experience. Extremely helpful staff, great service, amazing food options so overall very pleased with that. Close to the high street and restaurants are within walking distance and the ATM / banks are also opposite the hotel so very accessible. Almost everyone knows the hotel so very easy to get directions or use a taxi to get there. Overall: I'd highly recommend it! Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Lovely space and great staff. The room had no ventilation, the bed was extremely hard, not enough hooks in the bathroom to put wet towels, storage space in the shower to put the shampoo and body wash, and not enough counter space for toiletries. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee was delicious."

The staff made sure that I had a shuttle to go around town and a safe way to get there, had a secure place to store the remaining luggage, and they made delicious food for breakfast and at the restaurant. "Not as close to the airport as I thought. Taxi from airport to lodge takes about 20 mins along a dusty unpaved road. But hotel itself is very nice and you can see Kilimanjaro on a clear day. Staff very friendly and helpful. A lot of international tourists stay here "
