Good size room, check in on line for personal details but could not pay, after a few tries went to the hotel door and the system worked fist time and delivered the key. Slept well but was woken early by the construction site to the rear of the property at about 7.30am. Nice small terrace off the room giving a partial view towards the lake, the hand rail on this could do with some repair as very wobbly. Overall a pleasant overnight stay although woken early

We enjoyed our stay because it was a reasonable price, clean rooms, and easy check-in. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. You have to go next door for breakfast but they are friendly and serve a great breakfast. When we got to the hotel parking was easy but in the evening it can get crowded. I did find parking on the side street just past the speed camera which was fine. Checking in was simple and checking out was also easy. We never did see any other staff on the property other than the woman taking care of the rooms. We walked everywhere in Hagnau with no problem which was nice.

I am well travelled, and are used to booking hotels and different properties, as I am also the owner of some in my home country. It however was the first time i tried a 24h self-checking. I can confirm that IT DOES NOT WORK. When i arrived at the property, i was not provided any details to access the room by the owner, and when using their heckin at the door I was charged again! We tried contaxting the owner and no response. I am now fighting with Expedia and VISA to get reimbursed, the owner is not agreeing although was paid twice. Really disapponted in the owners, VISA and Expedia.

Zum Glück nicht länger als drei Nächte.
Wir waren für 3 Nächte vor Ort. Negativ : Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Fotos. Sehr altes und dreckiges Bad. An den Wänden und Fugen im Bad Schimmel. Alles voll Kalk in der Dusche. Spinnweben im Türrahmen. Schlechter/ muffiger Geruch egal wie viel man lüftet. Muffige und feuchte Handtücher. Sehr kleines Zimmer und Bad. Selbstständiger Checkin dauerte ewig, da dort falsche Angaben bezüglich des Preises gespeichert waren. Positiv: Lage in der Nähe vom See und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Direkter Zugang zur Terasse. ( sieht auch nicht wie auf den Bildern aus). Terassengeländer ist lebensgefährlich. Bett ist bequem 👍

Nicht wie im Internet beschrieben. Kein Frühstück mit inbegriffen. Kein B&B! Mängel in beiden Zimmern. In einem funktionierte der Fernseher nicht. Das eine Bad hatte keinen Schlüssel, die andere Badezimmertür hat sich nicht9 richtig schließen können. Die Wasserkpcjer waren beide ekelig und dreckig. Ebenso eine Duschbrause und Wasserhahn. Bestimmt wird es beim nächsten Mal am Bodensee nicht das Fliegerhäussle werden. Schade, ich hab mich sehr gefreut!

L’alloggio (1 stanza più bagno) era come descritto, abbiamo avuto un problema con il self check in ma abbiamo contattato l’host che, anche se non presente sul posto, ha risolto il problema. Carina l’ambientazione stile aeroporto, bagno migliorabile ma avendo soggiornato solo una notte non è stato un grosso problema. La posizione è ottima sulla strada che costeggia il lago di Costanza, strada trafficata in estate ma nonostante ciò in stanza non si sentiva nulla.

Zimmer mit Balkon/Seeblick zu Empfehlen
Selbst-Check In am Automaten ab 15 Uhr problemlos. Das Hotel liegt an der viel befahrenen Bundesstraße 31. Die Zimmer nach hinten mit Balkon und Blick zum Bodensee (hatten wir letztes Jahr) sind sehr viel besser als das Familienzimmer (mit zwei Zustellbetten) das wir diesmal gebucht haben. Sehr kleines Bad. Sehr gute Frühstücksmöglichkeit für 15€ im Nachbarhotel Hagnauer Hof.

Zu teuer für das Zimmer
Die Dusche in Zimmer 506 läuft nicht ab, die Ablage am Waschbecken ist so breit, das man sich den Kopf stößt beim Zähneputzen, das Zimmer ist echt klein, wir brauchten es nur für eine Nacht nach dem Konzert, aber Urlaub würden wir definitiv dort nicht machen. Man hat halt keinen Ansprechpartner, wenn was nicht funktioniert. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht, man zahlt halt Bodenseelage und weiter nichts.

Im allgemeinen sehr enttäuschend. Wir waren 6 Tage in der Unterkunft, definitiv zu lange. Ich denke für 1-2 Tage ist die Unterkunft ganz in Ordnung, für länger ist es jedoch nichts. Die Fugen in der Dusche sind verschimmelt, wir haben insgesamt in 6 Tagen ein Mal frische Handtücher erhalten und der Müll wurde ebenfalls nur ein Mal geleert, die restlichen Tage geschah dies leider überhaupt nicht. Der Boden wurde nicht gereinigt und das Bett wurde ebenfalls nicht ein einziges Mal frisch bezogen. Als wir die Reinigungskraft persönlich nach Bettwäsche fragten, um es selbst zu beziehen wurden wir leider aufgrund fehlender deutschen Sprachkenntnisse nicht verstanden. Nach mehrmaligem wiederholen unseres Wunsches wurde uns nur gesagt, dass sie es später selbst beziehen wird, dies geschah jedoch weder an dem Tag, noch den Tag darauf. Es war wahnsinnig heiß in diesem Zimmer aufgrund der Außentemperaturen, es gab auch leider keinen Ventilator oder eine Klimaanlage. Die Fenster konnten nur zeitweise aufgemacht werden, da wir nun mal ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hatten und dauerhaft Leute am Zimmer vorbeigefahren bzw. gegangen sind. Grundsätzlich für diese Ausstattung und den „Service“ einfach überteuert. Schade, aber das war leider nichts.
