Always review the reviews before you book. I forgot to do that. All details aside, this place is unsatisfactory to anyone with basic standards. The staff was happy to move me to another room and was polite and professional.

They took my money and did not fulfill their duty of service which breached the contract. They refused to refund my money and kept saying that Expedia refunds not them. The one employee that resembles an apple nearly knocked over my son who was 5. She cut in between new and my kids when she walked by even tho she could’ve walked anywhere else. It was so rude

Hotel was very old and in poor condition leaking ceiling entire hotel smelled like pot homeless people in the parking lot people peeing in between cars parked outside of room we checked in changed clothes and decided not to stay the night wasted my money and felt very dissatisfied photos of hotel must have been older not a good experience at all

The lady at the front desk was very try rude to me from the moment I walked in. Then when an issue arouse she would not give any effort to help me find a resolution. Then continued to pick at me every time she got the chance. Definitely felt singled out.
