Could not even check in, no staff available to help. Room was never able to be accessed and we slept outside.

Mr. TRENTHAM , thank you for your review.I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced inconvenience.However, we don't refuse to check-in for any of our residents without proper reason such as accompanying pets, or confriming resident as adolescent.I suggest that you might confused our hotel and the another hotel you booked.It often happens because lots of hotel adjoin each other in this street.Once again, I'm sorry that you've been through bad situation.I hope you can visit our hotel as a resident someday.Thank you. :)

The hotel room was very dirty so we changed rooms but the 2nd room was still very dirty. There was mold on the shower walls, the sheets were stained and there was hair everywhere

Nice, modern and quiet hotel.
Does not serve breakfast or has a cafeteria and it is hard to find something open to eat breakfast before 9 am

Clean, great amenities for the price and very friendly staff.
