"There were a few dead bugs here and there, but overall the house was clean and ready for our arrival. The bedding, bathrooms, and kitchen were all very clean. The hosts were informative and easy to communicate with. The house was nice and spacious and perfectly located! We were right on the water with a mountain view and only a 15-20-minute walk from the main restaurants and shops in Svolvær. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm ever back in Svolvær, Norway! "

"The property is well appointed and very nicely curated in a beautiful setting. The proprietor is very friendly and extremely helpful. For us it served as a very nice base while we explored the area for a few days. What is not immediately obvious from the photos is that this property is right next door to the owner's house which really limits your privacy somewhat. "The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient, especially “Dougie”. He was so nice to let me check in earlier than schedule. Also, I really liked the breakfast buffet. Lots of options. The Scandinavian design of the building, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness and view from the balcony of my room—so delightful. I’ve been all over…and this hotel ranks way up there!!!"

"I absolutely loved my stay here! The location is fantastic, offering stunning views of Henningsvær, and the staff were amazing—friendly and super helpful. My only small issue was that my room was on the second floor, which made it a bit tricky to carry bags up the stairs. However, everything else was wonderful, and I’m already planning to return on my next trip to Norway."
