I rate comfort a little less because the room space is really very tight. It's good only for 1 traveler with only 1 small suitcase like a carry-on. In our 2 nights stay, my hubby barely slept due to the hard bed and pillow which feels like a bean bag. The view outside from our window includes a cemetery. On our first night, we're able to park on site. But on the second night, we parked off site as the on site parking was already full. Front desk directed us to off site parking about 3-4 mins walk. The hotel's parking can only accomodate about 10 cars. Breakfast is free but we only tried once. The food were all Japanese and not to our liking. We only recognized the rice, bread, juice & coffee :-) But cannot complain for the rate of less than $50/night. What I like most in this hotel is it's cleanliness & staff. The room is clean, the bed sheets and towels are clean tho we used our own towels and front desk people (1 young lady and mostly men, both young & old ) were all nice despite our language difficulty. Although, hubby do not want to stay here again, I would still recommend this hotel because of it's cleanliness & polite hotel staff and of course, it's affordable price.
