"What a gem of a hotel! Beautiful exterior, and the indoor decor makes you feel warm and cozy. The owners and staff were so friendly and welcoming we felt right at home. The rooms are spacious, well thought-out, comfortable and immaculate. We opted to pay a little extra to have dinner included; the meal was delicious. Sadly, our schedule only allowed one night's stay; hopefully we'll get to return for a more leisurely visit."

"Great day to watch the cows come home! Surrounded by beauty everywhere, cozy hotel with excellent staff to take care of us. Large rooms with very comfortable beds. Nice pool with Jacuzzi sauna steam room downstairs made for a nice relaxing two nights. Phenomenal. Especially breakfast!!"

"An absolute favourite hotel of mine. The hotel itself is great, the food is good, the drinks are great, the location is beautiful. The thing that keeps me coming back though is the staff, the welcome and the friendliness I have always had. It goes such a long way. Until the next time!"

"Very comfortable flat, the only complaint is that it was actually too warm in the room and we had to keep opening the window to cool off (keeping in mind that it was a ski trip and very cold outside, so better to be warm than cold!) The hotel is 300m away from the main hotel Stubaierhof where breakfast and dinner is served, however this was not a problem. Service is excellent, very friendly and helpful."

"Only thing I didn't like was the parking and some cobwebs in my room. That was a mess. That's the only bad part though. Workers were nice, room was nice(other than the cobwebs in bathroom), breakfast was good. The pool had a good temperature and I had a relaxing time in it. They gave you nice bath robes to wear. Also by far my favorite part: Check out it at 1130!! I would stay again for that fact alone"

"A very nice hotel. Superb breakfast but no evening meals available. Wifi in the common areas but not in our room which was in the annex on the opposite side of the small carpark. Hotel is in the pedestrian area at the very centre of the town which has a nice atmosphere and good bars and restaurants. Frinedly staff. "This is a modern, quiet apartment, from which you can explore the old town of Innsbruck within a 15-20 minute walk. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The room was quite warm when we visited (February 2025), which the staff couldn't seem to fix, so we left a window open overnight, but otherwise everything was great. Would stay here again."

"This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of old town Innsbruck, perfect location and first class accommodation and services we really couldn't fault it. Breakfast is plentiful and something for everyone, bar area is lovely, pool and sauna were just fab and staff are friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. Despite booking an economy room it far exceeded expectations for size and comfort with so many fantastic details that made it just that bit more special than the average hotel. Really impressed with our stay. Spotlessly clean with amazing facilities we found this hotel exceptional value for money and would highly recommend."
