"We would not recommend this to others. We started out with a bed cover missing for one of the duvets when we arrived, batteries for the remote control to work and other things. There was one roll of toilet paper and when we wrote we needed more, the comment was inappropriate. The area was among bars and discos and very deserted. "We spent two weeks in one of the two bedroom pool villas. The accommodation was exceptional, the staff were great and very helpful. Our flight was delayed and we would be arriving after reception closed but the staff stayed in contact to make sure we knew the taxi would be waiting at the airport and that we would be able to gain entry. "We actually got transferred to the other Sala Choengmon due to construction noise. The whole experience was by far the best of the entire trip through Thailand. The rooms were beautiful, modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I couldn’t recommend this place more!"
