The food onboard are not good, small portion. The room I stayed, leaked when raining outside. Staff onboard not very friendly except for the guide Mr Duong.

First of all, we are so surprised to hear about the food portion on board, we hope that you would kindly provide us more information regarding to it.
Regarding to the leaked room, we need to say that the V’ Spirit Cruise operates daily and we do have maintenance and repairing policy. Annually, we manage each boat of our fleet for maintenance twice. Some other on-site maintenance also takes place for any smaller damages. However, under weather conditions and sea water, not only V’ Spirit boats but other cruise company’s boats are soon to be negatively affected. We will take more care of these issues. We also wish to know about the leaked room when you still were on board so that we could offer you the alternative.
Last but not least, we want to emphasize that customer service is one of our top priority so our company invests heavily in training the staff. The attitude of the staff may be due to the lack of their English communication skill, leading to your discomfort and misunderstanding.
We respect your opinions as other hundreds reviewers did leave their opinions about us and take into accounts the problems that your review mentioned. We understand that it is sometimes good and it is sometimes not depending on each person. We will try more to understand clients and make you happy as we can. Based on our service commitment with clients, we always try our best and bring a nice time for visitors to Halong Bay. For some reasons it did not meet your expectation and we are sorry for it.

I recently did a two-day cruise in Halong Bay, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. A special mention goes to Frank, our guide, who was not only fun and engaging but also went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. His energy really added to the experience.
The food on board was good, with plenty of variety, and the big windows in the restaurant offered stunning views of the bay as we dined. Even though the cruise ship isn’t the most modern, and the tender boat could use a bit of improvement, the rooms were still comfortable enough for a short stay.
The highlight of the cruise was definitely the breathtaking scenery of Halong Bay. The natural beauty made any small shortcomings of the ship easy to overlook. If you're looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway with friendly service, this cruise is a solid choice.

크루즈 인데 생각보다는 규모가 적었습니다 제 어린 시절 고향에서 본 통통배가 생각 났습니다.

기대가 크면 실망도 크더라구요. 하지만 그 자체의 매력도 좋습니다!
Posted 5 Feb 2018 on Hotels큰 기대를 하고 가서 그런가 약간은 실망스럽네요. 음식이 우선 그리 맛있는 편이 아니었습니다. 가이드 등 직원분들은 친절했습니다. 방이 생각보다 좁아요. 하지만 다양한 사람들을 만나기에는 더없이 좋았습니다! 물 포함 모든 음료가 유료이구요, 배에서 먹을 과자 같은 간식거리나 음료를 미리 챙겨가는게 좋을것 같아요. 화장실 물이 잘 안내려가고 수압도 약한 편이었습니다. 필요한 것들은 다 있었네요.
하롱베이의 경치 생각보다 별로였네요. 날씨가 나쁘지 않았는데도 말이죠.

まさにクラシックなクルーズ
Posted 8 Jan 2018部屋やレストラン、甲板から奇岩を見ながらゆっくりと進むクルージングは、ご当地ならではで、なかなか味わえない経験でした。
船中なので、ある程度部屋が狭いのは仕方ないかと思います。スタッフは気配りも行き届いており、安心して宿泊することがでかきました。

가격대비 훌륭함
Posted 15 Nov 2017저렴한거 찾다가 고르게되었는데 여러가지 활동도 포함되고 너무 좋았다.단 매번 음식나올때마다 고수가 들어있었는데 다른팀과 같이 먹어야하기때문에 따로 빼달라고 말할수가 없음..저렴한만큼 배가 좀 오래되긴한것말고는 다 좋았던것같다.
