The worst hotel I have ever been to!

Where can I begin… This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was non-existing, no one in the staff was service minded. Me and my friend stayed there for work purposes and ended up leaving early just because of their poor treatment. All the time there we were treated like strangers, no one in the staff knew we were guests, so we were questioned who we were at many times. They had a wedding one day and a conference one day, so they refused us entrance to the restaurant. After one hour, when the wedding party had left, we were welcome into the restaurant to eat. It was dirty everywhere from the party and the staff was cleaning and shouting to each other. When we finally got out food, we found black hair in BOTH of our foods… One other day, the breakfast buffet was supposed to start at 06:00, bur when my friend arrived at the restaurant nothing was there! She went back to the room and them down again a bit after 07:00, and still nothing was there. The staff told her she could get friend rice and dessert (for breakfast???), and that the buffet was not available that day because there were so few guests. After fighting with the reception, she got them to take out some omelets, bread, marmalade and watermelon. We talked to the manager on the phone, but after interrupting us multiple times, she refused to give us any more discount than 10% and hung up on us. We have never been so disrespectfully treated in our whole lives! Never stay at this hotel!

Needs time to settle in

Aircon died, and they moved us from room to room at 5am and it seemed there was a bigger problem than just the units on our floor. They were trying to be helpful, but it wasnt happening. They shouldve dealt with it better. Its a brand new hotel, still need some character and time to settle in. Im sure in a year or two it will be a lot better

We had thre most memorable experience at all of the hotel's prior to arriving at Grang Halong hotel. Firstly the hotel seemed very deserted. They were working at less than less half their staff strength. Very dilapidated rooms and bad attitude of the staff. Breakfast was so bad that I have no words to explain. The food looked just. Very stale. I suggest rather sink on a junk boat in Halong bay then live on this ramshackled hotel.

버스터미널과도 거리가 멀지않고 바로 앞에 야시장도 있어서 좋은 숙박 위치라고 생각합니다.

대체적으로 만족합니다.. 그런데 욕조 물나오는것이 고정되 있어 샤워할때 무척 불편했음
