The management and staff of the FairMile made our experience exceptional. The facility is big and lovely, but we had so many changes in our itinerary and they had not received our advanced payment from Orbitz when we arrived.
But the Hotel Manager and the front desk supervisor were so helpful and accommodating, which was very appreciated with all we were dealing with. Every staff person was warm and provided outstanding personal service.
Also … it is SO hard to find 2 beds in a room; if you do they are small twins. FairMile had 2 Kingsize beds for my son and I which was the best.

Double charged!

Pros: Location
Cons: More efficient handling of paperwork so that they do not double charge customers, and when mistakes occur, they can be resolved more quickly.
Unfortunately I did not have my Expedia paper work when we checked into the hotel. We needed to add another room, and ended up charged for the two rooms already booked through Expedia plus the extra room. When I found my Expedia receipt showing that we had already paid for two of the rooms, they could not resolve the problem, but had to give it to their accounts department, We checked out 12 hours early and they still had not resolved the issue. To date we have still not heard from them and they still have double payment for 2 rooms. Naturally this has influenced our whole experience with them.
