"Very comfortable and cute! It's winter, but it stays really warm. It can be a little hard to reach the staff sometimes, but you'll figure it out. My only complaint was that it's difficult to get complete darkness in the room to sleep because there are little lights on the electronics. I wore a sleep mask."

"Run Away.... we booked and pay in full, we got an email confirmation. But when we arrived there, nobody was answering the phone, and we found out that place was rented already. I was there with my family and 2 Kids waiting for 2 hours an answer on the phone from the property management .After 100 calls, The guy finally responded but even didn’t apologize and said we should have reconfirm 3days before even if was paid in full !!! He only said don’t worry you will get reimbursed when I was waiting...

"First of all, the photos shown and the actual facility were completely different. We were told that we could fit 5 people in the unit but it was small, dirty and cramped. Furthermore, the bathroom was moldy and the shower head was broken. There was used soap (with someone's hair left on it), used toothpaste and dirty towels left for our use. "Even though we got to the address given - we spent two hours trying to checkin - as no clear checkin instructions received prior to day of checkin. Infact we were aggressively sent away by building information staff !!! In the end checkin was via a luggage storage company in the basement and a whatsup application.
