I booked online a couple hours ahead so I would have a room after a long day on the road. Upon my arrival, the clerk tried to check me into my room but the system said it was already occupied. After waiting for 20 minutes for her supervisor to get there, he asked if she had physically checked the room, which she hadn’t. He checked it and it wasn’t actually occupied. I book online for ease of checking in and this experience will never be repeated at this establishment because I will never book a room with them again

We are proud to have front desk staff members who physically checks the rooms before renting the room. I do not think it is necessary for the whole world to know the reason for front desk person to call the supervisor before checking you in. Once you post the review online- it will be there for very long time as per the policy of expedia.com. We at Simple Rewards Inn have a simple policy- Check the room before checking the guest in and check the room after the guest checks out and get help from the live-in supervisor as needed. Room was okay until the toilet flooded after one use. The owner didn't seem to care and barely wanted to help us get into a new room.

Watch a video on youtube-- how to use a plunger if you do not know. Do not expect an owner or housekeeping staff clean up your mess. We will gladly refund you--your money for one night and you can find a room in some other hotel Thank you for writing a review. Owner-Mina Bhakta

the streets around the building were torn up and I ha trouble finding a way into ther parking lot ( not really their fault, but an email warning me would have been nice) No lights in the bathroom ( notified clerk at 7 p.m
nothing was done so I had a dark bathroom to shower in) asked about channel on tv, was told that he was new and would check into it ( never heard anything else) ice machine not available. have to ask for ice at the desk
