Amazing property and a beautiful hotel. Property is on main road so easily accessible by cabs.. Parks, shopping locations and temple within 30-40 mins reach so property is at a prime location. I would definitely recommend it.

The property is being maintained very poorly - bathrooms are unclean and mouldy, carpets are musty, rooms and corridor have some damp odour, bed linen is old and discoloured. Not expected from a 5 star. On a positive note - The staff is wonderful and very helpful.

The customer service related to problem solving or flexibility with a concern, the availability of the accommodations requested, communication between staff and teams, the HVAC of the room, the cleanliness of public toilets on the ground floor were all unacceptable.

Enjoyed the top notch spa service and also the cab service. Shout out to an amazing front desk rep- Shiny who provided excellent recommendations and also amazing spa staff. Food left much to be desired as there werent a lot of choices for vegetarian food and ala carte. Dust on side tables and room accessories were not clean.

Loads of improvement needed

Good n comfortable hotel but very bad housekeeping. It seems they are only out to save money even at the extent of providing filthy and dirty Lenin & crockery. Cups were cracked and had lipstick marks, so unwashed. Bath towels had big stains on it Windows are not soundproof and you will be hearing loud train horns throughout the night

Superb Hotel!

Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff The hotel is absolutely beautiful! I was upgraded to a business class room and it was modern clean and delightful! The spa services were upscale and very relaxing! The buffet was enormous and delicious The restaurant staff were all accommodating and friendly the chefs greeted you personally and made delicious food suggestions Overall this is one of the best hotels I’ve had a pleasure of staying I would highly recommend this GEM
