Dear Sir,We are sorry to hear that your stay was not comfortable.We tried contacting you to know what were the problems that you have faced during your stay but we were unable to get in touch. As we remember wee have changed your room and get it cleaned twice as you said you were facing some smell issues in the room. We also made arrangement for your chauffeur also and from our end we did almost everything to make your stay comfortable.But we request you to please get in touch with us and let us know what were the issues in which we were unable to help. Please get in touch with us and share your feedback in details so that we can improve our hospitality.

Nice experience but room size and facility wasn't looks as per price.

Sir room size of our rooms are based on the room categories as you have booked the base category it's room size a bit small compared to the other room categories.
Regarding the facilities sir we are continuously working to improve our hospitality and will make sure that when you visit our property again you will be getting better facilities and definitely we will provide you with higher category of room. Hope to see you soon sir
