Good experience
Posted 23 Jan 2018 on HotelsThe room provided initially was not very clean. The bedsheets were stained. However, the staff was courteous and changed the room immediately and provided a nice room after I complained. Everything was smooth and comfortable after that initial check-in issue.

Attitude Issues!
Posted 5 Nov 2013 on HotelsMy Guests have to forgo one night and loose two night on cancellation, due to basic attitude issues by the staff, which included charging for Pillow Cover and Towel, as they have been stained!

shady Hotel and Management
Posted 30 Oct 2013 on HotelsWe had a horrible experience. No taxy could locate it. The carpets stinks. Surrounding is dirty and dusty. Services are horrible. We complained to the Manager and he justified it by saying that it is a budget hotel and we cannot expect too much from such hotels. That does not forgive him of taking 30 minutes and 3 reminders to deliver a bottle of water. In such a budget how do they charge Rs.115 for a 1 litre water bottle. They charged Rs. 1000 for dirtying a hand towel and pillow cover. I have traveled the world and stayed in various star hotels. I have never had such a horrible experience. It really looks like a shady hotel.
