"It was a terrible experience. Everything was low quality. We had a dead bird on the balcony. My husband took it to the garbage. Air conditioning wasn’t working in the corridors. It was too hot. We choose this hotel because of thermal water but they said they don’t have thermal water since something is broken. We had 2 suits. My kids’ room door frame where the security chain was hanging came off in the middle of the night. I took pictures of it they just glued the frame on the wall! The kids...

Ancak otele gittigimizde uzun bir rezervasyon kuyrugunun ardindan resepsiyonist bize odamizda bir cift kisilik yatak iki de kanepe oldugunu ucuncu kisi icin ek yatak isteyip istemedigimizi sordu? Sormasi bile hadsizlikken tabiki de istedigimizi zaten bu yuzden uc kisilik oda istedigimizi söyledim. "The hotel is clean and modern with helpful staff. Most of the rooms are built in blocks of 6 around the main pool and all have balconies. We had a family suite which had little kitchen with two ring hob, sink and fridge as well as a sitting room. Bathrooms are big and spacious. Food is average, social distancing is not enforced at all and if people are talking by the pool late at night you may have to ask them to move as the sound carries to the bedrooms.
