Quite and comfortable

A bit strange solution for a bathroom light (turns on automatically and is a bit bright at night), but it is a minor thing.
Overall is great for a rest on a way to Salzburg.

Nice hotel but for the single room the shower is completely open and the floor gets splashed with water very far. Also no shelves around the bathroom mirror so it's hard to store toiletries

Very comfortable hotel, nicely designed and easily accessible, both by car and public transport.
The only downside for me was that the double bed were actually two singles put together with a pretty uncomfortable gap in the middle.

Super clean, nice big room, great shower
Posted 7 May 2024 on HotelsWe love everything about it. Staff was very responsive when we had trouble checking in. The windows opened for outside air which we love.
I did not like that the light in the bathroom turns on at 2am when I go to the washroom.
Also the room key should open back door as well as front to make luggage easier.
Otherwise all good

Worst Customer Service

I sent the email to get a receipt but didn't get any reply.
When inquired on the phone about the invoice i needed, she simply said "i will reply when i read your email"!

Bad experience
Posted 10 Aug 2021 on HotelsThe big disappointment came the moment I entered the building and instead of a man there was a machine waiting. I said it didn't matter, I like modern things.
The machine wanted to enter the reservation number after me, but it still didn't work, I didn't know what to do, the others tried to do the same. I called the hotline, although I can't speak English very well, only after this call did I learn that there was a sign with instructions on the glass door. The gentleman on the line told me on the phone that I had to send a negative test first and then I would get a accommodation number from him. Firstly, it did not occur to me that the glass doors are instructions (it could be better visible), secondly, the information was written only in German, which is annoying when 90% of people can speak English and thirdly, when making a reservation I she could be informed by feedback about sending the test and thus I could save a lot of time and nerves. I thought I was going to sleep outside. At least 45 minutes passed before I searched for the accommodation card.
And when entering the hallway to the rooms, it could also be indicated that the card is attached to the handle, there was nowhere even a small hint. I recommend processing everything even more.
