I didn't like the smug property owner.
He didn't care I wasn't happy to be in the
disability room, which has limited bathroom facilities.
He actually told me he had been paid for the room and that was all that he cared about.

Hello Myra,We didn't place you in our accessible room , you specifically booked this room on the WOTIF booking site.I did "care" that you were not happy , our entire efforts are always focused on the happiness and comfort of our guests. Given that we were fully booked on the night of your stay , we were not in a position to offer you an alternative to the (very comfortable) room that you booked(completely independent of our office).I dispute that I said that our only care was getting paid.

A very nice place to stay, it has recently been renovated and it is spacious, neat and very Central to Gunnedah CBD
