"The experience at this property was beautiful The staff were very courteous and very helpful making the experience unforgettable. The directions to this property during the night was not very clear on google maps or iPhone maps. They have transportation from Mysore to the resort. I would highly recommend their transportation. ideally taking Vande Barat train from Chennai or Bangalore to Mysore. They have a 3 bdrm bed and breakfast villa in Mysore. "A fabulous hotel in the small city of Ooty. Service was excellent. One example - the tennis final was on a channel that was not subscribed to on the hotel system, they subscribed! Facilities are modern, even having USB charging points built in, in the rooms. The hotel offered several daily activities including free tea tasting every afternoon and evenings around a garden fire, (we missed out on the fire as the weather was awful during our visit ). "

"Beautiful property snd rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities while retaining the old school charm of such an old building. We loved the wood burning fire place in the room as well. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast place was very friendly and courteous and service was top notch. Afternoon high tea was also amazing. Property has a beautiful courtyard and several charming cottages and suites. Highly recommend staying here for Ooty visit"

2 days was enough

"Reception struggled to find our reservation at check in. Room was basic, Very hard double bed. Kettle and a jug of water was supplied at check in, no further water given and room does not get made up. We were in the main building annexe and it obviously had not been used for some time, smelt and felt damp. I know we are in the mountains and should expect lower temperatures. We were told hot water would only be available 7-10 both mornings and evenings but we had to ring reception several times to get the water turned on, and it didn't stay in for long Positives.....good location, short walk into town and quiet at night. Hotel renovations during the day so very noisy. "
