The condo was clean, plenty of room! The only complaint was the elevator had went out before we got there and there were a lot of stairs. Would definitely stay again.

It was older but very clean. Please replace the beds.I would not rent this condo again solely because the beds were awful.

Would stay again.

Easy to check in and out. Directions for check in and out were communicated well. Location was great. Tv was hard to operate. Lamps, tiles and bathroom needed major repair and updating. Towel racks on the balcony would have been a plus. Balcony was nice size though. Nice to have washed and dryer in unit but had to self clean it because it was very dirty. Could have used a better clean up before check in.

Nice beach front for 2 adults and 2 kids

The best part is the balcony and being close to the beach. The main bed room was fine for 2 people. No dresser, but the bed was comfortable. The 2 bunk beds were fine for my kids.

I really wanted to like this place

We were really excited about the ocean view and quick access to the beach. The beach itself is amazing. The room however we were less excited about. The kitchen, & AC units had mold. The AC unit in the bedroom smelled terrible and didn’t work very well. The kitchen needs major renovation. The sliding door to the balcony doesn’t lock which is very unsafe if you have small children. The washer & dryer came in handy but the dryer takes several cycles to dry. The pool is in the front of the building & very small. The gate to the beach was a problem bc we had to figure out to turn the knob to open when there’s suppose to be a code. It’s not bad for a couple for the weekend but for my family I wish we had stayed elsewhere & we won’t be back

We came down after dropping a child off at college. We arrived late ( around 1230 in the morning). The unit was clean but felt like there was sand in the bed. Broken tiles in the bathroom. Dishes were mismatched and had been glued back together. Dishwasher was. It installed correctly so trying to load the bottom shelf would cause the dishwasher to tilt out of the cabinet. Pictures had been pulled off the wall leaving peeling paint. Lightbulbs out in bathroom. Was under assumption that beach chairs would be available. Other condos and hotels had chairs. This one had the storage box on the beach but no chairs were available. Gate to the beach had a lock but was never given a code to use. Finally was told by another guest to jiggle handle to open the gate.

It was a perfect location on the beach, however, the unit itself was not very big. Could fit 2 adults comfortably.

I loved the location of this property. I didnt like the level of difficulty to reach someone for check in instructions. Also the air conditioner in the bedroom didnt work the whole time we were there. We called twice and were told they would try and send someone out but no one ever came nor could we reach anyone else after the initial complaint.
